Why We Built This Site
Colorado gives the public broad access to many government records, but Mesa County court access depends on the custodian. The Clerk of Court at the Mesa County Justice Center handles District Court and County Court case files for the 21st Judicial District. The County Clerk and Recorder handles marriage licenses, recorded documents, land records, liens, and other recording services at Central Services. The Sheriff's Office manages jail, arrest, and warrant resources. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
